All ShearComfort seat covers are designed to slip over your original upholstery. These are not re-upholstery kits.

We guarantee the fit and quality of all our seat covers however, customers are responsible for their choice of colour, fabric and correct seat style for their vehicle.

All custom seat covers are made to order. Please make sure you have read the detailed description of the fabrics and confirmed your seating option before ordering.

ShearComfort stands behind our products. Our products are automotive-grade and made to last. Each product comes with a Risk-Free Warranty against any defects in manufacturing or material. Our warranty varies between products and materials.

All warranty claims require picture verification. All claims will be reviewed by The ShearComfort Team and determined if the product is covered under our warranty. ShearComfort offers replacements at no cost to you. Refunds may not be approved for warranty claims if the return period has passed.

This warranty excludes daily wear and tear, accidental damage, or wear because of improper use or installation. Not all materials are covered for fading. Customers are responsible for proper care, use, and installation of their product.

Why do we ask for pictures?

Pictures are the best way to identify the concerns and will help us determine the best route to assist you most efficiently. We can often tell if you have the correct seat cover for your seat or if the seat cover is being installed correctly from the photos. Please take photos that show the seat cover on your seat with your attempted installation, and a photo of your seat without the seat cover on it. Do not send only close-up images, images showing the entire seat are most effective.

Once we receive your photos, we can determine what needs to be done and whether a return authorization is needed. Please note: Return requests can take 24-48 hours on business days as we may be checking on your vehicles pattern and seat options.

All returns and exchanges must be authorized. Authorized returns will be issued a Return Authorization Number and return information (where to send etc.). Please do not send any seat covers back without a return authorization number.

Return requests must be notified within 30 days of receipt of product and will be subject to a restocking fee. All custom color combinations are non-returnable.
