Custom Fit & Tailor-Made Items

Custom and Tailor-Made items are made to order in the fabric that you choose for a specific vehicle make, model, and year . ShearComfort guarantees the fit, quality and workmanship of all custom seat covers. Any warranty concerns or errors by the manufacturer will be corrected at no cost to the purchaser. However, due to the custom-made nature of these products, Custom and Tailor-Made items must be authorized before any return for refund or exchange and will be subject to a restocking fee. Returns must follow the "Return Procedure" below.

Any product concerns and return requests must be notified to us within 30 days of receipt of the seat covers. Claims of non-fit must be verified (with digital photos if necessary) before any returns will be authorized. Returns must be authorized and within the 30 day time period. A restocking fee will apply for returned items *note custom color combinations are non-returnable.

Customers are 100% responsible for their choice of color, fabric and correct seat style for their vehicle . If unsure, please call us at 1-800-663-7750. Fabric swatches can be ordered to confirm color and material. For gift giving, Gift Certificates are available.

All orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled once orders have been put into production.

Return Procedure

All returns and exchanges must be authorized Please contact us before attempting a return. Authorized returns will be issued a Return Authorization number as well as the address to return to. Unauthorized returns will be refused
