ShearComfort Seat Covers & Auto Accessories

All ShearComfort Seat Covers are designed to slip over your original upholstery. These are not re-upholstery kits.

We guarantee the quality and fit of all our custom seat covers and automotive accessories however, customers are responsible for their choice of color, fabric and ordering the correct Year, Make, Model, and seat type.

All Custom seat covers are made to order. Please ensure you have read the detailed description of the fabric and color selection. Also, verify the correct seating option in your vehicle before ordering.

Please Note: Orders are processed within 1-2 days of being placed.

Warranty

ShearComfort stands behind all products. Our products are automotive-grade and made to last. Each product comes with a warranty against any defects in manufacturing or material. Our warranty varies between products and materials. To view the warranty for a specific product, please refer to the product page.

Please note: The product Warranty excludes daily wear and tear, accidental damage, or wear because of improper use or installation. Customers are responsible for proper care, use, and installation.

We want you to be confident when ordering from us. As such, we guarantee the fit of our custom-made seat covers. This means that when an order is placed for the correct year, make, and model, including seat type and submodel, you take no risk. Customers are responsible for selecting the color, material, seat type, and correct vehicle information.

If covered under guarantee, ShearComfort offers replacements at no cost to you. All fit guarantee claims must be verified and reported within 30 days of receipt of order.

Returns

All Returns or Exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your product.

As part of our return policy, we require photos to show any concerns so we may best assist you.

Note: Incorrect installation can result in improper fit. Please consult our Installation Guide prior to installing to ensure you’re following the steps correctly for your product type.

Restocking Fees

Semi-Custom and Universal (in-stock) items – no restocking fees.

Custom Made Seat Covers are subject to restocking fees.

Shipping Charges will not be refunded. For returns not covered under our guarantees, customers are responsible for return shipping.

Important: All Returns, and Exchanges must be made within 30 days from receipt of order. Must be in re-sellable condition and in original packaging. Only authorized returns will be accepted. Authorized returns will be issued a Return Authorization Number and return information (where to send). Please do not send any products back without an Authorization Number as it will not be accepted.
