When orders are received they will be reviewed for correctness and then billed (charged to credit card). The orders are then sent to the factory for production. The production schedule will reserve the chosen fabric and queue to wait for the cutting machine. Orders may be cut the same day but be waiting for sewing or finishing. Once orders are sewn they will be sent (weekly) to the distribution center where they will be inspected, packaged and shipped to customers. This process can take approximately:

• 2 weeks for Custom cloth seat covers
• 4 weeks for Tailor-made sheepskin

Due to the above process, orders will not be allowed to cancel once they are put into production.
