I want all to know that Shear Comfort is a great company to do business with and that they have not forgotten the meaning of "Customer Service" as too many companies in today's market place have. When I placed my order for their "Hawaiian" seat covers for my 2009 Toyota Corolla, they did not have a pattern to go by, so they called me several times for more info and they even made a trip to their local Toyota dealership to obtain measurements. I am so pleased with the seat covers. The fabric is of excellent quality, the colors are brilliant and I predict they will last for many years. I was hesitant to order seat covers online, but there was nothing good locally. I found Shear Comfort, made a call (to Paul), placed my order online, then called the next day (think I spoke with Sam) to verify it. When the covers arrived (promptly), I tried the passenger side first and found it quite snug. Thinking it was normal, I marked and cut the headrest holes for both passenger and driver sides. When I put the passenger side on after cutting the holes, the cover ripped along the airbag side. After a few choice words, I installed the driver side cover and found that it wouldn't attach well around the seat portion. My initial thoughts were that this was going to cost me more money and take lots more time to complete the entire transaction. I was wrong...very wrong. My situation was handled promptly, courteously, and professionally. Apparently I received incorrect covers, and they were replaced with no additional cost to me, despite my already cutting them. I received the shipping forms within 48 hours for the incorrect covers, and received the correct seat covers in 7 working days. This was, by far, the best customer service I have received from any online business. It even tops most local retailers I've dealt with over the many years. Many thanks to Sam and Paul, and others for taking the time to ensure your customer was well cared for. I think you went way overboard to take care of my particular issue. I will speak highly of Shear Comfort to anyone who will listen! My seat covers are a great look and fit. The charcoal covers compliment the black interior very nicely. Thanks for the quality product, and more importantly, the quality service!

I was so pleased I ordered rear seat covers after receiving the front. I love them. The quality was amazing. They fit perfectly, are beautiful and are perfectly made. I just installed my seat covers in my '01 Miata. I just love the look, feel and finish of the neoprene fabric. It looks very sturdy and well made. You claimed the covers are "custom" fit, and you meant it. Hard to tell they are covers. Removing the seats was a good move, but once they were out, the install was a breeze. The red / black combo looks terrific with the car's red paint. My wife thought they were a bit more than we should spend, but quickly changed her mind when she saw them and the smile on my face! Finally, your customer service people were a pleasure, and the covers shipped about 10 days sooner than quoted!

It’s obvious that they are SO much better made than the stuff you can pick up at a local Target, or whatever. They appear to fit well, and are absolutely comfortable to slide into, as compared to steaming hot black leather.
